PREPARATION

Grapes: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.

Pommery Brut Royal is a Champagne that emphasizes the Chardonnay grape, from 40 Crus in the Côte des Blancs and Montagne areas of Reims, whose climate contributes to the liveliness and delicacy of the variety. The initial fermentation is maintained at a low temperature, the foaming is carried out particularly slowly in a cellar 30 meters deep and at a very low temperature to allow the formation of fine and elegant bubbles. Consistent with the Pommery style, it goes through different rinsing and meticulous transfers to separate the lees from the wine. The dosage liqueur, made only with Grands Crus white wines, incorporates all the properties of the different wines that make up the mixture of this champagne.

TASTING

View: Pale yellow color with light green accents.

Nose: Fresh with notes of citrus and white flowers combined with small notes of berries.

Mouth: Elegant, vibrant. Initial notes of berries. It is round, wide and delicate, with a good finish. Smooth finish, that does not fatigue or decay. It is harmonious and never becomes boring to the palate.
