Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 70% Tempranillo and 30% Monastrell from organically grown vineyards. Planet B is in the Mediterranean area, at an altitude between 250 and 1000 meters. The climate is warm with a strong influence of the Mediterranean Sea. For centuries, vines have been grown in clay and calcareous soils which, in combination with long hours of sunshine, produce fruity, well-structured wines with ripe tannins. Selection of old, low-yielding vineyards, from organic farming in the Mediterranean region. Destemmed and gently pressed. Vatted in stainless steel tanks, where cold pre-fermentation takes place. Maximum fermentation temperature 26°C. Malolactic fermentation in tank. Wine suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
TASTING
View: Ruby red.
Nose: Memories of red fruits with floral notes of violets.
Mouth: Elegant palate, with round tannins, red fruits and balanced acidity.
We recommend enjoying this wine slightly chilled to 14-16 ºC.
