PREPARATION
The origin of Peinado 100 Años brandy was the same Holland that supplied the Charante region, France, during the 19th century, to supply the production of its vines, which gave rise to the use of the name of Spanish Cognac during much of the 20th century. And that produced an accumulation of reserves stored in oak barrels through the dynamic aging system of Criaderas y Soleras, to achieve a uniform product. In this case we are talking about a brandy that has been aged for 100 years.
Brandy Peinado was born in Tomelloso in 182 and its production is influenced by two very important factors, its raw material (holandas of wines of the Airén variety) and the human component that shapes it and imprints that personality that characterizes it: the originality of its founders in spraying the soleras with aged brandy instead of holandas, which differentiates Brandy Peinado from other brandies.
TASTING
View: Beautiful mahogany color.
Nose: Subtle, fine and above all very complex aromas stand out. Evocation of dried fruits between sweet tones, dried plums, honey and licorice.
Mouth: Round in the mouth, complex and continually reminiscent of the nose. Tasty, with a velvety body.
