PRODUCTION
Its producers define Nordés as an Atlantic Galician Gin, that is, a Galician Atlantic gin. Made through a slow and very careful process with the best neutral spirits, which together with the use of the Galician white Albariño grape, are the indispensable base of this gin and give it its unmistakable fresh and smooth character. The distillate is nuanced with 11 natural botanicals. Among these, the presence of 6 wild Galician botanicals stands out: sage, lemon verbena, bay leaf, mint, peppermint, eucalyptus, and a seaweed, samphire. It also incorporates juniper, cardamom, ginger, hibiscus, and Ceylon black tea.
TASTING
Appearance: Transparent.
Nose: High aromatic intensity with delicate aromas of white fruit, in harmony with balsamic notes of mint, eucalyptus, and bay leaf, accompanied by a subtle touch of juniper.
Palate: Smooth and elegant, expressions of Albariño, extraordinarily fresh, a balance of subtle flavors.
