 PRODUCTION

The Gin Nº 209 is handcrafted in small batches on the waters of San Francisco Bay, using the finest juniper berries from Tuscany, coriander from Romania, lemon from Guatemala, cassia cinnamon from Indonesia, and bergamot and orange from Calabria. These are the main ingredients of Gin nº 209, coming from 4 continents to create the best gin in the world.

The botanicals mature in the still overnight. The slow immersion facilitates the extraction of the natural aromas of the botanical ingredients to achieve a bright gin that is never bitter. It undergoes five distillations following the Single Shot method, that is, using only one copper barrel. From this careful and detailed process comes Gin Nº 209, an iconic gin from Distillery 209 and from the entire San Francisco, California region.

 TASTING

Appearance: Crystal clear.

Nose: Citrus aroma, especially lemon and juniper, with an aromatic and very smooth touch.

Palate: Somewhat sweet-and-sour on the palate. Notes of juniper, coriander, and lemon.
