Nexus Plus 2013 is a red that is only made in exceptional vintages with aging potential. A quality wine made by Bodegas Nexus and composed essentially of Tempranillo grapes. With fine minerality, sweet tannin and perfect acidity. It goes very well with blue fish, spoon dishes, poultry and meat stews, grilled red meats, Iberian sausages, cured cheeses and chocolate or dark chocolate desserts.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
The Nexus Plus wine is aged for 18 months in Allier French oak barrels. Bodegas Nexus collaborates with nature which, in the case of La Ribera, provides the winery with a special land embraced by the Duero, a peculiar climate and a unique raw material whose queen is the Tempranillo variety. Wine represents a tradition, a family history, a landscape, a natural heritage and the uniqueness of the production areas. For the winery it is very important to respect, attend to and allow the vines in the vineyard to demonstrate their personality. The NEXUS range has everything to captivate the senses.
TASTING
View:
Bright, intense ruby color, with a high layer.
Nose:
Very complex, balsamic, wet earth, scrubland and a great background of black fruit over coffee and smoke.
Mouth:
Fluid, juicy and elegant. With a fine minerality. Sweet tannin, perfect acidity. Marked presence of a very high quality barrel that rounds it off and gives it a bouquet.
