PREPARATION
Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir.
The profile of each wine used to make Champagne Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial Roséwas meticulously chosen for its specific contribution to the assamblage: 45-55% of them are from Pinot Noir grapes, of which 10% is red wine, these wines were chosen both for the intensity of the fruit, and for the integration of the dosage; 35-45% come from the Pinot Meunier grape variety, which provides richness and harmony and 5-10% from Chardonnay grapes to provide its characteristic refreshing finish. From 20% to 30% are reserve wines selected to improve the blend and complete its intensity, richness and consistency.
TASTING
View: Bright pink color with golden reflections.
Nose: Vibrant fruity aroma, mainly of fragrant red fruits, cherries and blueberries, with nuances of juicy summer fruits: fig and nectarine and an appetizing note of grenadine.
Mouth: An exquisite palate that combines sweetness and firmness. The aromatic sweetness of red fruits disperses and becomes lighter. Harmonious balance of fruitiness and freshness. Refreshing finish with a deliciously bittersweet note of pink grapefruit.
