Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir.
Moët & Chandon Brut Impérialis made with the three classic varieties of Champagne, in variable proportions and from different vintages. A coupage that includes more than 100 different wines (of which between 20-30% are reserve wines selected to improve their maturity, complexity and consistency) and that reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three grape varieties. One of the elements that make this Champagne special is its storage in limestone tunnels that extend for 110 kilometers and serve as a winery.
TASTING
View: Elegant golden straw yellow color with green highlights.
Nose: Sparkling bouquet, vibrant intensity of green apple and citrus, fresh aromas of mineral nuances and white flowers and blonde notes (brioche, cereal, fresh nuts).
Mouth: Generous palate that combines sumptuousness and subtlety, provided by white fruit (pear, peach, apple), with a soft liveliness of citrus fruits and nuances of gooseberry. Its fine bubbles are felt like a seductive caress.
