Se Busca is made with 100% Agave Augustfolia Espadín using a traditional process used in San Juan del Río, a small town in Oaxaca, Mexico for 200 years. "Wanted" refers to the brave women who fought alongside their husbands during the Mexican Revolution for a new constitution.

Description
PREPARATION
This Espadín Augustifolia mezcal (type of agave used) is made in Oaxaca, the undisputed homeland of this typical alcohol. Mezcal comes from Nahuatl and means "baked agave" and is reminiscent of the primitive way of making this drink. After a traditional distillation by a family distillery that has more than 50 years of history, the mezcal is aged for 10 months in French oak barrels.

Flavor of nuts, fruits and green vegetables, with a sweet finish and a mild spicy touch.
