Louis Roederer Brut Premier 75cl.
Louis Roederer Brut Premier is a great timeless classic, it is a blended wine developed and structured at the same time, elegant and energetic, with a unique vibration. Its structured plot, its richness and its persistence are decidedly vinous. It is complete, complex, modern and powerful at the same time. This is a great Champagne for big occasions.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir.
The creation of Champagne Louis Roederer Brut Premier dates back to the upheavals of the early 1900s, particularly the First World War, which destroyed more than half of the Louis Roederer estate and led Léon Olry Roederer to rebuild his vineyard. He decided to buy grapes to guarantee the continuity of the House in this period of crisis and, at the same time, create a multi-vintage wine that would express a constant taste, regardless of the year of harvest. Brut Premier brings together wines vinified in oak barrels of the 3 varieties of Champagne, from Crus chosen by Louis Roederer, which undergo three years of maturation and at least 6 months of rest after disgorging.
TASTING
View: Pale gold color with green reflections.
Nose: Aromas of fresh apples, red fruits such as raspberry, blackberry and cherry, followed by notes of almonds and toasted bread.
Mouth: Complex and elegant at the same time. Winey and fresh. Fine bubbles, a fruity and toasted finish. Perfect balance between the structure of Pinot Noir and the finesse of Chardonnay.
