Winemaking
Grapes: Ugni Blanc, Colombard, Chenin, Folle Blanche and Menu Pineau.
Louis Perdrier Brut is made from five French white grape varieties. The grapes follow a rigorous selection process in the production region and a subsequent tasting analysis in the Beaune wineries. The selected wines are blended and, after the second fermentation, subjected to prolonged aging of the lees in vats to produce a sparkling wine with good balance and longevity.
Tasting notes
View: Pale gold color. With fine bubbles and soft foam.
Nose: Aromas of slightly acidic fruits such as apple, which are combined with aromas of dried fruits, provided by the Chardonnay.
Mouth: Elegant, with a good balance, light and refreshing. Very pleasant long finish.
Recommended temperature: 6-8ºC.
Food pairing
It is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany free-range white meats or seafood.
