PREPARATION
Pure Folie liqueur was conceived as an ode to juicy and fragrant strawberries. Franck Choisne, Combier's master distiller since 1994, after a year of research devised a recipe that balances the intensity of strawberries with spices and tenderness, an intricate combination of flavors manufactured to the highest Combier standards. Certainly pure madness. Pure Folie is almost a cocktail in itself, created to dazzle the female palate and which, to this day, has managed to captivate both men and women. Along with French strawberries, this delicious liqueur is made with brandy, wine, mint, ginger, chocolate and spices.
TASTING

Nose: Generously fruity, the sweetness of strawberry is tempered by spicy notes and freshness of mint.
Mouth: Its spicy sweetness surprises with hints of mint and ginger. The intensity of the strawberry continues on the palate with a touch of liveliness provided by Chenin, the king of Saumur white wines. Completed with subtle bitterness, spicy notes and a gourmet finish.
