Description
PREPARATION
The Pernod anise liqueur is made from distillates of star anise, fennel and 14 other botanicals such as coriander and mint. It has a low licorice content, which differentiates it from pastis. These ingredients are carefully selected to ensure the quality of each bottle. The herbs are not prepared cold but are distilled at the end and matured in oak barrels in the open air.
TASTING
View: Bright and light yellow color.
Nose: Herbal bouquet where notes of anise, fennel and coriander stand out.
Mouth: The herbal nuances are also directly reflected in the flavor. Long-lasting finish with a slight spicy touch.
