Description
PREPARATION
Kirsch Bardinet is a spirit obtained by distilling the fermentation of various varieties of cherries. For its preparation, the cherries are macerated, including their peel, pulp and pit. To finish the process, the fermented product obtained with this maceration is distilled. The history of Bardinet begins in 1857 when a young liquor manufacturer from Limoges, Paul Bardinet, became interested in rum, the distillate of sugar cane juice from the Caribbean islands, saw its immense potential and for years experimented with the process until improving it by aging the product in oak barrels. Over time, the Group has increased its product portfolio to achieve a complete range capable of satisfying the needs of professionals and consumers and its spirit drinks have great acceptance by the public in Spain and around the world.
