PREPARATION

Tunel Dry Herbs is made from the distillation of an aniseed mixture, which incorporates the aromatic principles of plants that grow in the fields of Mallorca, native to the Mediterranean: chamomile, lemon verbena, fennel, lemon leaves, lemon balm, orange leaves and rosemary, which provide digestive, relaxing, antioxidant and toning These herbs, after selection and collection, are carefully macerated in 11,000 liter stainless steel tanks to combine more than 20 different types of plants until a balanced composition is achieved. This hydroalcoholic maceration system is continuous and regular with its quality control points, which guarantees the same product every time. Its origins lie in the apothecary tradition of the monasteries of Mallorca, and it is currently one of the best-known herbal liqueurs in the archipelago. It is made by the Antonio Nadal distillery, founded in 1898 by Antonio Nadal Muntaner in the municipality of Marratxí, Mallorca.

TASTING

View: Pale green tone.

Nose: Refreshing aromas of wild herbs where mint, anise, juniper and rosemary stand out.

Mouth: Powerful and slightly sweet entry. It highlights the anise flavor of the herbs in the drier variety.
