PREPARATION

Campari is a charismatic contemporary classic that has maintained its original formula over the years. It was born as a result of the talent of Gaspare Campari, master beverage maker and founder of the company. His experiments creating new drinks in Novara, Italy, in 1860, resulted in a recipe that remains secret today, only known to very few people in charge of the production process. It is made from the infusion of bitter herbs, aromatic plants and fruits in alcohol and water. Many have tried to guess the number of ingredients: they say 20 or 60, others say 80 ingredients. To this day, alcohol and water are the only known ingredients of its very special secret recipe.
