La Loba 2019 75cl.
La Loba 2019 is a single-varietal Tempranillo aged for 12 months in barrels. Its origin arises in a small village in Soria located at the beginning of the Denomination of Origin of Ribera del Duero, specifically in Matanza de Soria. The insinuating name of La Loba marks character, strength, decision, firmness and cunning; The sweet drawing of the grandmother shows us elegance, simplicity, delicacy, tenderness and balance. The fusion of both parts is the union of the two grandmothers of the winery, one gives the name and the other the image. A prior oxygenation time is recommended due to its structure and complexity.

PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
To make La Loba 2019 the Tempranillo variety is used, which is harvested manually. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, with native yeasts. And aged for 12 months in barrels. Its vineyards are centuries old and, for the most part, pre-phylloxera, this is very important for the wine, since they are very rare characteristics and give it the nuances that make the difference.
