Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Graciano.
To make the wine La Garnacha Prometida 2016 the harvest is carried out in 18 kilo boxes. Fermented in 500 liter extra-fine grain French oak barrels. Two thirds mature in barrels and 1 third in concrete eggs. It is aged for 14 months in French oak barrels and concrete eggs. The vineyard consists of 4 small plots over 85 years old, cultivated in glass, with calcareous clay soils and productions of less than 1800 kg per hectare.
TASTING
View:
Very intense cherry red color with a high layer.
Nose:
Complexity and elegance of its aromas of red fruit, strawberries, floral touches and saline notes.
Mouth:
Volume in the mouth, fine and very lively tannins, high acidity, concentration and freshness.
Recommended temperature: 16-18ºC.
