Whiskey produced by Inver House Distiller, a Scottish distillery that makes the blend using whiskeys from its own distilleries. Brand with a lot of history; It was founded in 1757 by Beaumont Hankey and Hugh Bannister. Although people know it for Hankey Bannister whiskey, Inver House Distillers is actually one of the most important independent producers in the country.

Winemaking
Malts from five Inver House distilleries are used to make Hankey Bannister: Old Pulteney, Balblair, Speyburn, Balmenach and Knockdhu.
The main ingredient is barley that is moistened so that it germinates and then dried to later grind it and mix it with hot water. Yeast is added and after several days it proceeds with the distillate.
Each whiskey is aged separately for at least three years as required by Scottish law. Mainly oak barrels that have contained bourbon are used.
Tasting notes

Bright golden amber color with honey reflections.
Nose:
It presents aromas of honey, vanilla, caramel and toffee. You can see ripe apples and pears, as well as soft flowers. A light spicy touch.
Mouth:
Smooth and slightly sweet entry. Flavors of honey, vanilla and cookie. Notes of orchard fruits and hints of almond and oak.
