PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Verdejo
Organic Granza is made in the most pampered and appreciated plots of Bodegas Familiares Matarromera in different Designations of Origin, where there is extensive and recognized experience in the practice of organic and biodynamic viticulture. The labels of these wines are designed with paper made from grape and vineyard waste, reflecting the strict care of the product.
TASTING
View:
A pale straw yellow color with a lemon rim can be seen. Clean and bright.
Nose:
Frank, intense and very complex aromas, aromas of tropical fruits such as kiwi, pineapple, passion fruit, etc. Elegant florals of lavender and fennel, with a citrus background of grapefruit.
Mouth:
Excellent balance between a measured acidity and a structure that again suggests citrus and tropical fruit aromas, long, voluminous and very fresh finish.
Recommended temperature: 6º - 9ºC.
