Glenmorangie has been making single malt whiskey since 1843, when farmer William Matheson and his wife Anne followed their dreams and founded their distillery. The copper stills in which they distill their spirit feature necks as high as a giraffe, creating more space for flavor and aroma. Its water is unusually rich in minerals, to help make the whiskey taste so wonderfully fruity. To keep this water pure, they own and protect the entire forest surrounding its source, the Tarlogie Spring. And they use the best barrels to age their spirit, sourced from all over, often even customized to your specifications to create a distinctive flavor profile.

Nose:
Fresh, clean and spicy aroma of mint, eucalyptus and hints of sugar cane, which intertwine with sweet peaches and vanilla.

Mouth:
A smooth, creamy texture brings with it the subtle sweetness of apple, apricot and zesty oranges, along with caramel, butterscotch and menthol. In the finish, mint candy mixes with oak tannins and the lingering suggestion of bittersweet citrus.
