Description
PREPARATION
The production of gin 12 11 faithfully respects the essence of the old London Dry distillation style. It is obtained by triple distillation in Pot Still copper stills, using Chardonnay grapes, juniper (Juniperus communis), lemon (Citrus vulgaris), coriander (Coriandrum sativum), rose (Rosa spp.), sage (Salvia officinalis) and finally, pure water from the Sierra Nevada. The alcohol, well assembled in a symphony of aromas, gives it a union and character that slowly opens a series of very well harmonized notes with a long and fresh finish. The distillery is located in a village at the foot of the Sierra Nevada National Park, at an altitude of 800m. approx. where the melt water ensures excellent quality.
