 PRODUCTION

Gibson's London Dry Gin is produced in the United Kingdom by La Martiniquaise through a traditional batch distillation process that makes this gin one of the favorites in the French market. It is made with juniper berries, angelica root, orange and lemon peel, coriander seeds, orris root, nutmeg, and cinnamon, from grain spirit, rye, or malted barley, selected for their quality and smoothness. Subsequently, the resulting blend is brought to a boil in traditional stills. The vapors released become infused with the aromatic notes from the botanicals, and distilled water is added. Subsequent cold filtration removes all remaining particles.

 TASTING

Appearance:
Colorless.

Nose:
On the nose it is perfumed, fruity, and herbaceous, with notes of juniper, angelica, and orange peel.

Palate:
Citrus notes predominate, it is somewhat bitter and spicy, and in the background juniper and coriander are perceived.
