Description
PREPARATION
Handcrafted on the island of Hokkaido, its ingredients include five different botanicals, with oriental yuzu at the forefront, and the highly pure waters of the Taisetsu Mountains. They macerate for more than 24 hours in neutral cane alcohol, distilled using a copper still with a swan neck. The liquid obtained is diluted to 43% vol. with water sourced from the Taisetsu Mountains and filtered through charcoal for optimal purity.TASTING

Nose: It reveals an amalgam of floral, vegetal and citrus notes with a persistent touch of yuzu..
Mouth: Fresh and well balanced. Sensations of green tea and berries stand out and a finish with notes of 'sansho' pepper and yuzu.
