Winemaking
It is composed of a mixture of rums distilled in column and traditional copper alembic, according to the Foursquare tradition. Aged for at least 8 years in ex-boubon American oak barrels under the tropical climate of Barbados. It is characterized by a style without added sugar and very representative of the classic Barbadian profile.

It has an intense amber to bright copper color.
Nose:
Aromas of vanilla, caramel, molasses and toasted coconut are perceived. Notes of ripe tropical fruits and orange peel.
Mouth:
It has a smooth and balanced entry with flavors of caramel and vanilla, ripe banana and raisins. Hints of candied orange and light tobacco. With a medium-long finish and hints of cinnamon, toasted oak and vanilla.
