Grapes: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

The grapes, carefully harvested from different terroirs, offer complementary characteristics. This precise selection and the art of blending guarantee the unique signature of each Ruinart cuvée.
TASTING
View: Intense pink color with delicate copper reflections.
Nose: The nose immediately expresses a warm and sunny aroma, edged with roasted notes of coffee and cocoa beans and mixed with toffee apple and ripe citrus fruits (mandarin, blood orange, kumquat).
Mouth: On the palate, aromas of damson and hibiscus are enhanced by pronounced ripe citrus notes. It is impressive on the palate. It provides notes of tree sap, with a wonderful freshness in the finish.
Recommended temperature: 8-10ºC.
