Grapes: Chardonnay.

Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blanc Brut 2009 is made entirely with Grand Cru Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims vineyards. Born in great vintages, they come from the best harvests. It is in the heart of the Maison Ruinart cellars where these prestigious bottles age slowly, for an average of ten years, and gain in aromatic complexity.

TASTING

View: Straw yellow with greenish almond reflections and very fine bubbles.

Nose: Notes of white flowers such as lime, fresh fruit and citrus fruits (plum, pear and bergamot).

Mouth: It is a champagne of the highest level and extremely elegant, full of floral notes and refined and complex aromas on a fresh and mineral background.

Recommended temperature: 10-12ºC.
