Description
PRODUCTION
The Claeryn gin is made from the finest corn grain, which is blended with selected botanicals from different regions of the world to be distilled again and blended once more with 3% malt wine (alcohol obtained by distilling malted barley, rye, corn, and wheat). Some of the chosen botanicals are juniper berries, coriander, licorice, angelica and iris roots, cloves, and apricot extract.
TASTING
Appearance: Crystal-clear white.
Nose: Notes of juniper, coriander, licorice, angelica, and iris root.
Palate: Soft notes of juniper, with hints of clove and apricot extract.
