Château Saint Martin Grande Reserve is a beautiful vineyard, Cru Classe, of 100 hectares belonging to the same family since 1710. Certified of high environmental value level 3, using bio-controls, the property has always been committed to an eco-responsible approach. This wine is ideal to drink with crusted beef fillet, baked pheasant, duck breast, hare royale, packages of feet (tripe and trotters), and leg of lamb stuffed with garlic.

Description
PREPARATION
The grapes for Chateau Saint Martin Grande Reserve are Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Mourvèdre. Vatted for 20-30 days depending on the grape varieties.
TASTING
View: Garnet color with ruby tones.
Nose: Vibrant with aromas of red and black fruits and figs. Spices such as cinnamon and clove are subtly present.
Mouth:
Red fruit, black fruit, smooth finish with black pepper and spices. Serve between 15°-17°C.
