Charles Haussmann champagne is made in Hautvillers, the birthplace of champagne located 5 kilometers from Epernay. An incomparable place whose slopes are listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, it is here where the Benedictine monk Dom Pérignon created the first champagne bubbles around 1681. Serve between 7 and 9°C.

Winemaking
Grapes: 44% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 35% Pinot Meunier.
This sparkling wine is vinified from three grape varieties from the Champagne region. 30% of the reserve wines are incorporated into this traditional blend to obtain consistency in flavor and quality each year. To make this champagne, at least two years of aging in the cellar are necessary.
