PREPARATION
Grapes: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
Cuvée Alain Thiénot is composed of a blend of aged Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and aged for 7 years in the Rue des Moissons cellars. Champagne Thiénot was born in 1985, by Alain Thiénot, who, using his well-established contacts with producers, managed to guarantee an extraordinary supply of grapes. It is considered one of the best houses in Champagne, privileging quality over quantity, creativity over traditionalism.
TASTING
View: Deep gold color.
Nose: Expressive and complex aroma with toasted notes intermingled with aromas of dried flowers, ripe yellow fruit and a slightly praline finish.
Mouth: Broad and balanced, with a long freshness and no acidity.
