PREPARATION

Grapes: Chardonnay.

Thiénot Blanc de Blancs is composed of 100% Chardonnay grapes, it is made following the traditional method and aged for 3 years in the Thiénot cellars, located 12 meters underground, a depth that allows it to maintain a constant temperature of 12ºC. Champagne Thiénot was born in 1985, by Alain Thiénot, who, using his well-established contacts with producers, managed to guarantee an extraordinary supply of grapes. It is considered one of the best houses in Champagne, privileging quality over quantity, creativity over traditionalism.

TASTING

View: Light and bright yellow color.

Nose: Dominated by aromas of lemon and orange blossom, typical of great Chardonnays.

Mouth: Intense, with notes of pastry and a notable length, revealing an elegant and generous wine.
