Caves Gramona cultivates its vineyards through strict ecological and biodynamic viticulture processes, based on the meticulous observation and treatment of the factors that influence the lands and their habitats. No herbicides or chemical pesticides are used, only natural resources, which together with biodynamic processes help give life to the vineyards, contributing to creating greater biodiversity.
Gramona Imperial Gran Reserva is aged between 36 and 48 months.
Tasting notes
View: Pale yellow color with straw reflections.
Nose: Intense, highlighting the ripe white fruit, the apple, the vine peach. Citrus notes of lemon peel. Aniseed, fennel tones. Memories of wheat. Butter, brioche. Oxygenation enhances ripe aromas: apple pie, marzipan, toasted yolk.
Mouth: Broad in its mouth, lively and refreshing, with fine and creamy bubbles. Compote notes of ripe fruit and bakery.
Recommended temperature: 6-8º C.
