Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
The harvest takes place in Viña Garugele, it is manual in boxes with a first selection prior to a subsequent double selection (of cluster and grain). Fermentation takes place with native yeasts to respect the mountain typicity and terroir. After alcoholic fermentation in French oak wood vats, malolactic fermentation takes place in barrels. The aging in softly toasted French oak barrels accompany the fruity characteristics of Tempranillo. Finally, it rests for a long time in the bottle to achieve its lively, elegant and noble tannins.
