PREPARATION
The Joaquín Alonso Distilleries were founded in the mid-1940s and in the beginning they were dedicated to the distillation of gin and brandy. It is there where Gin Bruni Collin's is produced, a gin inspired by a meticulous production process with the best botanical raw materials from various places in the world, with a unique aroma and flavor, very digestive and spontaneous. It is born from cereal alcohols that undergo a triple distillation with different botanicals (juniper, coriander, angelica, mandarin, vanilla, ginger, cardamom and kaffir lime) in stills used exclusively for gins since 1978, to optimize the flavors and concentration of the final result.
