Description
PREPARATION
Brooklyn Gin is handcrafted in small batches, with 100% fresh citrus peels and hand-crushed juniper. By hand cutting the citrus and releasing the essential oils from the juniper berries, they achieve a more vibrant gin than distillers who use frozen or dried citrus peels. Distillation takes place in a Christian Carl copper still. Each batch makes 300 bottles of gin and the process takes three days. Brooklyn Gin is distilled using locally purchased fruit and a base spirit made from 100% American corn sourced from small farms.
