Description
PRODUCTION
Brecon gin is crafted from 100% Welsh grain alcohol. Classic juniper and a blend of 10 botanicals contribute to creating a product of exceptional quality, along with pure, crystal-clear water from reserve springs. Distillation is carried out five times using a single copper pot still topped by a distillation column. Aging takes place in two types of barrels: first in barrels previously used for bourbon, and then in barrels previously used for Madeira production.
TASTING
Appearance:
Clear and transparent.
Nose:
The nose has notes of citrusy lemon and orange, juniper and licorice, along with the sweet spices of coriander and cinnamon.
Palate:
The flavor is slightly sweet, smooth and warm, with a dry finish full of citrus and spice.
