PREPARATION
The production of Fundador brandy is inspired by the production of brandies produced from the solera system of the 19th century, where the prolonged aging of this brandy in casks that have previously contained Fino and Oloroso causes the holandas to acquire the most important and unique characteristics of the wood. Its double aging gives Fundador brandy its velvety touch and vinous flavor.
TASTING
View:
Golden amber color, orange reflections, bright and transparent.
Nose:
Very complex bouquet, full of spicy oak notes mixed with dried fruits, honey, sweet vanilla and toffee.
Mouth:
Structured, round, soft on the palate, of great complexity, with almond nuances and full of vinous notes mixed with hints of vanilla and caramel. Its long and persistent finish.
