Presentation: Bottle with case. The Constitución bottle is a small work of art made with fumee glass, by glass artisans, who use traditional blowing to make it, so although very similar, each bottle is different, and once empty it can become a magnificent wine decanter. Its manufacture is so laborious that 4 artisans are involved and only 50 bottles can be made per day. The bottle comes adorned with an elegant and delicate silver chain.

PREPARATION
For the production of Constitucion Gran Reserva Especial brandy the best holandas de alquitaras are selected, coming from the distillation of wines using traditional procedures that, wisely combined, give rise to this great brandy, which begins its aging process in American oak barrels. After long years in which the brandy is transferred from one barrel to another, following the Criaderas and Soleras system, this excellent brandy is obtained that is more than 65 years old in barrels. Its complex production means that 12.7 liters of brandy are necessary to obtain, after many years, a single liter of Constitución Brandy. This is bottled directly from its oak barrels in glass bottles made by Catalan artisans.
TASTING
View: Very intense mahogany color, with yellow-iodine trim, shows a long stay in wood.
Nose: The aroma is very elegant, with an incredible aromatic intensity of cared for wood and raisined fruits.
Mouth: Soft, round, well-linked flavors and very glyceric. Rich and persistent./p>
