PREPARATION
The aging of this Casajuana brandy is carried out in 550 liter American oak casks for 25 years.
In general, Casajuana brandies have their own unique organoleptic characteristics, which are the result of their traditional production system, the characteristics of the very old wooden barrels in which they age and the slow passage of time, which allows Casajuana brandy to acquire its unique characteristics of complexity, smoothness and finesse.
TASTING
View: Very vivid and luminous golden mahogany color.
Nose: On the nose, the aromas stand out with very broad and elegant oak notes that denote its aging, endowed with an intense and persistent aroma with an elegant memory of toasted dates.
Mouth: Concentrated flavor, with spicy touches, dense, harmonious, persistent, very complex with those touches of vanilla and leather and with great memory in the mouth and a magnificent, very balanced and exquisitely long finish.
