PREPARATION

Bluecoat American Dry Gin is made with 100% natural and organically grown botanicals from all over the world, such as juniper berries, coriander seeds, American citrus blend and angelica roots. It is named after the uniform used by armed militias during the American Revolution. The recipe is a secret, what is known is that the distillation process consists of slow heating, which lasts 10 hours, in order to select only the purest and most aromatic parts. The gin is distilled 5 times in a hand-made copper still and in small batches and then diluted with filtered water three times before bottling.
