Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 91% Tempranillo, 8% Garnacha, 1% Mazuelo.
Once the grapes arrive at the winery, they undergo cold pre-fermentation maceration for several days. Subsequently, alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature below 26ºC and with periodic pumping over to extract the desired color and aromas. Aged for 12 months in mixed barrels with American oak staves and French oak bottoms. Before going on the market, the wine remains in the bottle for a minimum of 3 months
TASTING
View: Cherry color with maroon trim. Clean and bright.
Nose:
Complex and intense. The aromas of red fruits and notes of aromatic herbs and spices stand out.
Mouth:
Very fresh and fruity. Notes of fresh fruits give way to a sweet base. Exhibits live and integrated tannins. It is a round and harmonious wine.
Recommended temperature: 16ºC.
