PREPARATION

Barber's Gin is reminiscent of other times when barbers used gin as aftershave. It is a gin that follows the traditional English canon of the Gin Craze era, both for its organoleptic characteristics and for its production. Like the gins of that time, it does not contain citrus botanicals. It is distilled 3 times in traditional copper stills with only four botanicals: Croatian juniper, Moroccan coriander, Spanish thyme and French angelica root. It has a greater presence of Croatian juniper than most other gins, which gives it a fresher aroma and greater dryness in the mouth.

Soft, balanced, complex, aromatic and with a clear predominance of juniper, in the purest style of yesteryear, like those that are no longer usually made.
