Baigorri Crianza is a Rioja in which the balance between fruit and wood, freshness and concentration, elegance and power is sought, a perfect harmony to please all palates. Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 90% Tempranillo, 5% Grenache, 5% Native.
Baigorri Crianza wine is made with destemmed, uncrushed grapes, macerated in tanks with long intracellular fermentations. Once the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is distributed into French and American oak barrels, making the final blend before putting it in the bottle. The aging phase lasts 14 months. In French (90%) and American (10%) oak barrels.
TASTING
View:
Intense cherry red color.
Nose:
The aromas of stewed black fruit, spices and dairy products stand out.
Mouth:
Elegant, fresh and silky and demonstrates a long retronasal passage. Recommended temperature: between 16 ºC and 18 ºC.
