Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
To make the red wine Artadi El Carretil a manual harvest is carried out in 15 kg boxes with selection of clusters and berries. It is vinified in open tanks with cold maceration for 24-48 hours and fermentation for 10-12 days with twice-daily treading and a small pump-over. Malolactic in barrel. Aged for 12-15 months in new French oak barrels.

View:
Cherry red color. Clean and bright.
Nose:
Complex. They combine notes of ripe red and black fruits with hints of citrus and sweet spices in the background.
Mouth:
Balanced. In its flavor, notes of ripe fruit predominate combined with light mineral hints. Persistent freshness at the end of the mouth.
