The Grandes Vinos y Viñedos winery presents the Anayón Garnacha Blanca wine, a white wine carefully made from a selection of Garnacha Blanca grapes from its own vineyards planted 600 meters above sea level, within the DO Cariñena, aged for 39 months in barrels. Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Garnacha Blanca
The production of this wine is carried out from selected plots, with manual harvesting in boxes, the grapes are received and destemmed. Subsequently, a 6-hour skin maceration is carried out, pressing, settling and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15º C. A brief aging is carried out on lees in stainless steel and subsequent aging for 39 months in second-use American oak barrels.
TASTING
View:
Amber color, elegant and very vivid.
Nose:
The intensity of the fruit stands out, which has been maintained despite the aging time.
Mouth:
Balanced, creamy, pleasant and tremendously long. Recommended temperature: Serve at 8ºC.
