Tasting notes
View: Light golden color, haloed with gold nuggets. Creamy mousse, mixed with fine and persistent bubbles.
Nose: Fruity and brioche nose, aromas of almond, hazelnut, second nose of red plum and mirabelle plum.
Mouth: A cuvée full of freshness. Vinification in wood gives this vintage a good length in the mouth, as well as power, structure and substance.
