Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo).
The Aalto PS 2020 wine is made from 100% Tempranillo grapes, which come from very old vines, aged between 60 and 90 years, that come from unique vineyards in La Horra and La Aguilera. The harvest is carried out by hand, in small 15 kilo boxes in which they inspect very carefully, bunch by bunch, on the selection table. Aged for 21 months in new French oak barrels.
TASTING
View:
At first glance it has an intense, clean and bright cherry red color.
Nose:
The nose presents fruity aromas, toasted bread, licorice and oak wood.
Mouth:
In the mouth it has a good structure, it is long and fresh with well integrated tannins. It contains complex nuances, it is fruity and elegant.
Recommended temperature: 16-18ºC.
