PREPARATION

5th Water Floral is a gin aromatized, flavored and colored through natural processes. With a very Mediterranean flavor, it is characterized by its bluish color that is due to a secret mixture of several ingredients. Like the entire 5th range, the base is high-quality tri-distilled grain alcohol, subjected to two infusion processes, to achieve a pure gin and flavors and aromas different from conventional ones. It is endowed with a floral essence and a soft spicy perfume from the infusion of rose and violet petals and a mixture of spices with more juniper than normal. The botanicals used are, among others: juniper (Juniperus communis), angelica root (Angelica archangelica), coriander (Coriandrum sativum), lemon peel (Citrus x limon), orange peel (Citrus x sinensis), rose petals (Rosa spp.) and violet (viola odorota). It is ideal for purists, since in the mouth it goes from a subtle initial bitterness from the juniper to a soft floral breeze.
