Description
PRODUCTION
The Zuidam Dry Gin gin is distilled in small batches and is made from botanicals, spices, and herbs, all of them natural: juniper berries, iris roots from Italy, coriander from Morocco, angelica root, fresh sweet oranges and lemons from Spain, real vanilla from Madagascar, liquorice root from India, and cardamom pods from Ceylon.
This is a gin of exceptional purity, obtained through single distillation of malted barley, rye and corn, and botanical components.
TASTING
Appearance:
Colorless.
Nose:
Very aromatic.
Palate:
Its soft citrus notes (orange and lemon) stand out, then give way to botanical notes, juniper and licorice, then spices, finishing with a soft hint of vanilla.
